Very easy to set up and about

What do you like best? The simplicity to set up your event and start sales is amazing! Not to mention it requires no fee to sign in. What do you dislike? GUI could've been a bit better. Refund amount is not 100%, would've been great to know the exact number refundable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Townscript made it super easy to manage my ticket sales with options to discount and refund ticket cost.

A simple events hub.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Townscript allows me to create an organized event page with a great flow of content. Each sectioning makes sense to me--it all leads to the check-out button which is the whole point of the page anyway. I think that this is a really impressive platform that allows attendees to RSVP and/or purchase tickets to our events. All I can say is--kudos to the team! What aspects are problematic or could work better? The design elements or ...

Very easy to navigate!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I honestly can’t praise this platform enough! We have multiple events spanning the whole year, and we were able to pull it all off thanks to Townscript. It really has everything that one would need for a ticketing hub. It’s really simple and easy to use. There’s a slim chance that you’d encounter any issues, but if you would, you can depend on their team of experts to pull you out of any rut. What’s impressive is that they have ...

I'm a happy customer

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I think the best thing about this platform is its straightforwardness. I’ve had enough experience to say that this is the most user-friendly of all the options in the market. The others are just downright too confusing to use. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It’s not so much a complaint but a suggestion—I hope that the developers would host a regular open dialogue with its users. Right now, it’s a little hard ...
