What do you like best? The options and process is very usable for even the Novice. What do you dislike? I haven't found the "UN-DO button when working in the Swim lanes. Recommendations to others considering the product Give yourself time to improve and try to have an experienced user available. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The information is easily extracted for all the disciplines.

What do you like best? Pull plan meetings go much smoother and take less time with the touch plan software. It eliminates the old process of sticking sticky notes on a white board. I would highly recommend the software to any contractor looking to streamline the scheduling process. What do you dislike? I wish there was an app to use it on a tablet. What do you like best? My field leads love the intuitive interface of Touchplan for developing their schedule utilizing the last planner system. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The collaborative approach. This tool can be used early design coordination on a CMAR project or in the field with trade partners for phases of work. What do you dislike? Two negatives are that other trades can move tickets; would be nice to see a history of 'who' moved which ticket. The other dislike is not being able to see more detail in the 'overall' VSM. What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use, the 3 pop up's on the bottom left! . I like how it is online. What do you dislike? If the internet is down we can't access it.
