What do you like best? The collaborative approach. This tool can be used early design coordination on a CMAR project or in the field with trade partners for phases of work. What do you dislike? Two negatives are that other trades can move tickets; would be nice to see a history of 'who' moved which ticket. The other dislike is not being able to see more detail in the 'overall' VSM. What do you like best? how easy it is to manage the last planner process. And also the formatting of the categories of variance and Percent plan complete. this really makes it easy to present this information to clients and trade partners to allocate resources better. What do you dislike? It's still a little challenging to view the stickies without having a very large screen. What do you like best? I love the easy accessibility for my field crew, as well as the drag and drop system. What do you dislike? I dislike that these boxes are able to be moved without record. For purposes of a subcontractor to fight a GC on them moving the boxes without letting us know, its nearly impossible. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The schedule for our electrical work to be preformed inside of residential units is wonderful.

Collaboration through all aspects of a project

What do you like best? I like the availability to create our own live working schedule with all key players being able to own and manipulate the schedule to reflect our needs. What do you dislike? I dislike that the swim lanes get locked in to an order. I also dislike how the Ghantt Charts print - A lot of the time they do not fit on 11x17s without minimizing the scale. Great for visualizing a project timeline

What do you like best? It is very easy to create and easy for others to view and track progress. I like the gantt chart functionality that automatically creates a timeline that can be sent to upper management. What do you dislike? I wish is was easier to build out longer timelines. The use case seems to be more tailored toward shorter sprints of work that are about 30-45 days. What do you like best? The ability to get subcontractors involved in the planning processes as well as making them lock in their promise dates and being able to hold them accountable to those dates. What do you like best? Ease and mobile platform. It was easy to use among new users and collaboration between the field and the office. What do you dislike? Cost. It was nice to be able to create quick edits in the field, but we needed a more robust system to use for our document management and markups for our design-build partners.
