What do you like best? It allows you track scheduled tasks from a very small and precise scale to a large overall. it also allows you to track the tasks of each of your predecessors and adjust accordingly. What do you dislike? In construction things are extremely fluid. circumstances change sometimes by the hour. the feature where the controlling entity has you "promise" just seems like a way for them to hold something against you, regardless of the real situation. What do you like best? The ease of the program, how easy it is to navigate. What do you dislike? I have only been using the program for 3 weeks, so far I have nothing to dislike. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? scheduling our projects, being able to see how many hours and manpower is needed for each phase/task

Confusing

What do you like best? I like that it has accessibility to everything all in one place What do you dislike? The construction schedules are hard to read. Hard to understand the timelines we are facing and graphics are not very legible. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to see edits to the plans and markups instantly, and can be accessed at any time. Everyone is on the same page with the latest updates.

Great for up-to-date scheduling

Easy to use and teach

What do you like best? Quick response from support and easy use allows for easy training on new contractors coming into the project. What do you dislike? I don’t like that there is no back button if you drag the view bar to far or if you hit promise now and someone says, “oh wait I forgot ...” but that’s only because I like 100%. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Look ahead plans are easier to populate.

Great software!

What do you like best? Easy to use! The layout of the site makes it pretty simple to figure out even for new users. I’m using this for the first time on this project but will likely adopt this for our internal projects as well. It’s also nice to be able to generate a Gantt chart or manpower loading report from this software. I also like that the task assignments can be moved or copied to different parts of the building to identify work happening concurrently on different levels ar areas. ...

Project Engineer using for large commercial project.

What do you like best? Great visual display, easy to use. I think that it is really useful for our foreman to be able to actually see the schedule instead of just reading it in a text for. It is also easy to rearrange items once they are uploaded. What do you dislike? No reports for swim lanes is a bummer. It would be great if we could use reports for swim lanes to get a deeper look into where man power is needed. Sub swim lanes would also be a great feature. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best? I like the simplicity, being able to zoom in and out and see the whole picture. What do you dislike? Not being able to print the diagram directly. The new pricing for Touchplan is also a big negative. By pricing based on project size it made Touchplan too expensive for big projects. What business problems are you solving with the product?
