What do you like best? Interaction with subcontractors not physically present and allowing them to be a part of the discussion. NO MORE STICKIES!! That is a huge plus. What do you like best? That you can see all other work being done and completion dates to know when it’s time for you to get in and start your work. What do you dislike? What do you like best? That it is realtime updating of our pull plan. What do you dislike? There is a loss of participation because we are not physically putting stickies on the board. It is easier to see the big picture on a physical board. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Because our meetings are now virtual, we can still add tasks and track. Greater team accountability.
