TB successfully tried and tested.

PROS: It's very simple to use, highly intuitive, and reports/menus can be customized in a number of ways. We were able to realize our busy schedule. What's more, we now have a concise idea which products were sold on such days. CONS: ToucbBitro's cloud is still in beta stage My bookkeeper was a little confused getting through it. Thankfully, TB's customer support was always around to help us out.

A highly scalable, modern, and reliable POS system!

PROS: There are way too many things to love about this system. It's definitely modern and works on a user-friendly approach. It's definitely scalable and effective in terms of cost. CONS: It didn't come with a pre-installed inventory management functionality. While it may not appear as significant, it would be even better as a standard feature.

Horror show experience in every way

Horror show experience in every way. Training is rushed, staff doesn't answer your questions, they seem driven to get rid of you. Calling customer service is a multi day affair, I once waited on the phone for 5 hours before giving up. People at the company range from sweet and kind and uninformed to downright nasty and unhelpful. Touch Bistro was the biggest mistake we have made in our business, the reporting is subpar and the inventory management is this side of totally useless. Forget it ...

Easy to use POS software

PROS: I like the convenience it offers to our staff when it comes to inputting items and clicking to see through all ingredients rather than going to the kitchen to ask. Reporting is precise since it shows when and what' selling. I love how we can get an overview of people coming in on that day.

An iPad-based system worth keeping.

PROS: It's very simple to set up and use. Nowadays, having an iPad is the way to go. Most people are familiar playing around with iOS so expect little or no learning curve from users. CONS: Setting up the menu can be a bit of challenge especially when dealing you a lot included. Almost everything is done via an iPad, so set up may take awhile to do. TB will do its thing inputting and setting up menu at a reasonable pricing so you can get things running right away.

"IPad POS System Saves Us the Trouble!!"

What do you like best about TouchBistro Restaurant POS? I have been on both ends of this service and I would have to say my utmost absolute favorite part of this POS system is truly that once you get up to the cashier, your food or coffee is already waiting for you since whilst standing in line, the wait staff can take your order right then and there! It's so incredibly easy to use, and easy to understand.
