TouchBistro sounds great up front
TouchBistro sounds great up front. However, be warned that under no circumstances will you get a refund of any money if something goes wrong before you even get set up. They do not reveal everything up front. If you will need equipment, they use a third party seller called POSPortal, and I don’t think you could find a good review for them. TouchBistro withdrew $394 from my account on day one. On day three, POSPortal denied my equipment lease. TouchBistro refuses to refund my money, even ...

A system that's almost perfec!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? TouchBistro had made things easier and convenient. It's simple to utilize and I love how it can make adjustments on the fly in a menu whenever new items are brought.

A system that’s almost perfec!
PROS: TouchBistro had made things easier and convenient. It's simple to utilize and I love how it can make adjustments on the fly in a menu whenever new items are brought. CONS: Despite a number of requests, I'm still not able to find the right solution when it comes to displaying a second currency for a customer's overall bill. It's a drawback that I hope will be resolve in the near future.

Satisfaction at the tip of your fingers.
PROS: The good thing with this tool is its mobility. TouchBistro is simple to utilize and can easily be handled on an iPad. A lot of tools in the market these days are advertising how "user-friendly" they are. But only a select few are. This tool is one of those products.

Great business tool
PROS: Ease of use. Customer support. Ease of setup and continued changes/maintenance. Variety of functions. CONS: Very little - a few aesthetic tweeks like colours, and font sizes for visually disabled people.

A functional system that’s simply out of this world!
PROS: This system does a good job offering quality service to my customers. Its functionality and quickness gives servers plenty of time to interact with guests while having zero order errors. CONS: There's absolutely nothing bad with this system. All in all, it did a lot more good in our food business. We're glad we discovered this gym. My management and staff absolutely love it.

Great Product, Fantastic Service!
I had been using a POS system for 4 years and it just wasn’t meeting our needs. Since moving to TouchBistro we've seen positive changes in our sales. The system runs so smoothly it's really made our work flow less stressful! The support from the customer success team has been great. Nothing seems to ever be too much trouble. The best part is we can talk to someone anytime of the day or night!
