"Easy to use UI and drag and drop configuration makes it super simple"

What do you like best about Totango? As an administrator the drag and drop configuration is the thing I love the most. No need to train, no code needed. Just drag and drop and roll out.I have used other tools and none are as easy to configure. What do you dislike about Totango? I have had problems copying things.
