What do you like best about Totango? I love that it can connect with Salesforce to help drive automatic communications to our customers. "Easy to use UI and drag and drop configuration makes it super simple"
What do you like best about Totango? As an administrator the drag and drop configuration is the thing I love the most. No need to train, no code needed. Just drag and drop and roll out.I have used other tools and none are as easy to configure. What do you dislike about Totango? I have had problems copying things. What do you like best about Totango? I can follow the customer engagement and their usage in our system. What do you dislike about Totango? Sometimes the key contact tab in the lower right contact is outdated from the "Last active" perspective. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me build monthly e-mail outreach. I can follow their usage and the software engagement level. I have most of the necessary information about the account I am working with.
