"Totango helps me stay organized and automate tasks and reminders based on my customers' healthscores"

What do you like best about Totango? Customizable success plays are my favorite thing to use and create. Staying on top of a book of business of 100+ clients can get tricky, so automating reminders when something happens with the client's health score keeps me very proactive. What do you like best about Totango? I love that Totango sends out notifications to my Agenda- we set up tasks to follow up with customers and certain actions that will trigger a notification to flag accounts to our team. What do you like best about Totango? The tasks are a great way for me to keep track of my day and stay on top of my customers needs and asks. Very user friendly and great reporting for me. We use the Plan tab for our overall customer notes like Annual Contract and main contacts. What do you dislike about Totango?
