horrible customer service
What do you like best? After being a customer since 2013 to cancel the account was nothing but a nightmare, the first 5 year the tracking service was good after that units were going bad one by one not working we reached out to tom tom webfleet trying to resolve problem getting transferred to so many tech support. Bottom line webfleet wanted us to spent another 6000 on up dated equipment. We called to cancel in December here I"M in May and they are still charging my credit card. Stay away ...

Great software and navigation!
What do you like best? I love how tom tom is linked to service titan and when dispatching it goes straight to the gps unit in truck and tech is able to approve job order and go to job. What do you dislike? sometimes the gps drops, only happened couple times so far Recommendations to others considering the product would recommend What business problems are you solving with the product?
