Todoist is a task management tool built for both personal and professional use. Its core strengths are natural language input (type "call mom Friday at 2pm" and it parses the task and date), smart date recognition, cross-platform sync, and priority levels. The interface is straightforward—no steep learning curve. Before committing, verify in a demo that the free ...Read more

Todoist helps me manage my team and projects better
What do you like best? The team collaboration feature is what we liked the most. Further, it has a karma feature that shows how good you are at managing your tasks, this helps boost productivity. It improved the productivity of our organization multi-fold. What do you dislike? I feel like Todoist is very expensive for a task manager. It's a subscription app and for the long run, I don't find it to be a good deal. I'd rather pay for Things once than keep paying for Todoist. ...

The Best To Do List App
What do you like best? I use Todoist since 2016 and never looks back. I use Todoist for my personal and business purpose. I personally use Todoist to manage my daily tasks and Todoist collaboration with my team to achieve the things on time. The reason why I love Todoist is its natural language. I can easily type deadlines using natural language like "Exercise daily at 6:30 AM" and Todoist remind me on that time daily. What do you dislike? I was a Todoist premium user since 2017. ...

A great to do list manager
What do you like best? Todoist is a super simple, yet full featured to do list manager. You can manage to do lists in a way that works for you while keeping a traditional to do list structure, it's easy to learn and free of distractions. It's natural language processing is second to none. Also, the free version has a lot of the main features. What do you dislike? The style seems a little outdated at this point, a refresh is needed. Recommendations to others ...

Great way to stay organized.
What do you like best? Todoist is the easiest way for me to stay organized. I love the 'to-do' in order by date vs. an actual calendar. It's very clean and clear what is past due, due today and what is due in the future. What do you dislike? I wish you could add day of the week or month in the task. Whenever you attempt to add 'Monday' or 'June' Todoist assumes you're setting a due date for a task. It would be nice to add "April Reporting' without the system assuming the task is ...

Scheduling work issues quickly and tracking projects.
What do you like best? No speculation, the adoption of Todoist as an application for task monitoring, tasks, and the other to-dos had a profound impact on my efficiency. The design is impressive, and compatibility with Homekit, Google Calendar, and a range of different technology makes it much easier to automate the adding of tasks to your checklist or timetable. However, the notifications are what changed my work due to reminding about meetings. Being able to plan announcements not just ...

ToDoist is the best
What do you like best? Everything. This task management app/software is the best. What do you dislike? There isn't much to dislike honestly. I guess the one thing I wish it could do was be even more customizable in the date selection. I'd like to be select specific days to of the week to put tasks, like the same task reoccurring Monday and Friday of every week. Right now I could only do every Monday, and then make another task recurring every Friday. Recommendations to others ...

It's simple it's fast
What do you like best? It's the best to do list tool I ever tried. It's simple, fast and I like it. I really appreciate the fact that it's designed to be unobtrusive in my tasks and very minimal. The fact that you can access it via everything (even my Apple Watch) makes it something that I can't just take away from my toolbox anymore. It's amazing. What do you dislike? Nothing. The tool is great. I'd like to keep it like it is forever. I heard from Twitter that they are planning ...

Simple and yet amazing tool
What do you like best? I like the simplicity that comes with Todoist. I've used a lot of tools for managing tasks but Todoist combined with Toggl is for me personally best combination for simple and yet powerful task managing and time tracking purposes. What do you dislike? I would like to see canban boards for agile development in Todoist. But other than that I have no complains about Todoist so far and I have been using it for quite a while. Recommendations to others ...
