IPO leads to worst customer support

Wow... Since toast had their IPO it seems that every area in customer support is a dumpster fire. Chat has been completely offline. Support technicians are clueless. Our rep and onboarding specialist ditched the company and it took over two weeks of complaining to get someone reassigned to our account... and turns out they could give a damn about us! What was seemingly a hopefully POS switch is now just another thorn in the side to endure. Disappointing!
