Horrible as always

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. They can never answer anything. Everyone gives you a different answer when you call. They don't fix anything. Don't waste your money. If I ever have a printing issue they tell me what I'm asking for is not possible yet, it was working until I called them. I have auto grat completely archived and turned off yet it randomly shows up on tickets for parties of 2. I don't get an out first button because they don't offer that.
