Absolutely horrid
Absolutely horrid! They have deceptive practices, they bill for things that are not correct, steal money from accounts in the blink of an eye, but then take weeks to give it back, if they give it back at all! Constant outages and billing problems. In fact, they've stolen nearly $300 from me that they won't even give back at this point - they won't answer the phone or email me back. I have emails indicating that they are wrong and they owe me the money back, but I guess this is their way of ...

Step by step service with enthusiastic…
Step by step service with enthusiastic individuals who either know or are willing to reach out to experts for answers both big and small. They've been able to give me official fixes or quick work-arounds depending on my immediate needs and that always makes getting back to service just that much easier.

Toast is going great so far- 8months open
Toast is going great. It is easy for new staff to learn and easy to edit. My only fear is if my power and Internet go out by the end of the night I’m left waiting until it comes back up to not lose credit card data. Also - we don’t do to-go a lot but we do have food available to a drinks only bar next door. I would really love the ability for the customer to be able to state online what bar they are at so I can add more.

Customer service and POS is getting very slow
System is getting slow. Too much step everything is everywhere. The bottom is too narrow and hard to find tickets. Keep punching the back bottom to find something that is in the same category. I rather have the old look.
