Customer service and POS is getting very slow
System is getting slow. Too much step everything is everywhere. The bottom is too narrow and hard to find tickets. Keep punching the back bottom to find something that is in the same category. I rather have the old look.

"Multi-Functional with Lots of Reports Available"
What do you like best about toasttab.com? I like all the different reports that are available. I also like how Toast Payroll empowers employees by being able to make their own changes to their profile, or even the ability to access it after termination (along with W2s).

Good pos system, weak back office
Good pos system, with really poorly designed back office functions. Service quite expensive.

Trying to get a refund for an overcharge of ovet $1500 but keep getting nowhere. It has been months and I can't talk to anyone in the department that can assist. Very frustrating!!!

Quite honestly I have forgotten what it was
Quite honestly I have forgotten what I even called about. I've got a lot of things going on. That said, everyone at Toast has always been nice. Sometimes it is just the way the software works.

Toast payroll is awful and their payroll support team is useless
We have been using Toast since May and have had one payroll nightmare after another. We ALWAYS have issues - even after Toast support personnel tell us things are fixed. It has cost us over $2500 that Toast has overpaid our employees. We have been very unhappy with Toast payroll and are beginning to believe Toast cannot deliver. We are about to find a different solution.
