Overall a very solid POS system
Overall a very solid POS system. Great for front end interface and solid reports for managers/owners. Only downside is when the internet goes down some systems do not work properly but that rarely happens.

Online order
I ordered online. The restaurant stopped using this company unbeknownst to me. I tried to get a refund to no avail. I spoke to a representative, he hung up on me and I could not get through again. It kept disconnecting. They're unprofessional and rude. Beware!

Everything is easier and more…
Everything is easier and more efficient. I love all the additional services offered. My staff is finding their job is way easier than in the past before Toast.

User friendly, great system
The Toast system is very user friendly. I have been working in the restaurant industry for the past 18 years, and I am to preform jobs much more efficiently since our company switched over. Our Representative Katie was very helpful during the transition as well.

Consumer perspective
Consumer perspective: TOAST is AWFUL I received a gift card for $200 - QR code to add to apple wallet doesn't work - "Click Here" to add to apple wallet doesn't work. I called Toast customer support - they offered no support. I was told to go to the restaurant and ask the manager call Toast to ask for assistance processing the transaction. It is a back-end issue on Toast website that is the issue, not the restaurant managers issue. BUSINESS - BE WARNED - DO NOT USE TOAST FOR A LOYALTY PROGRAM.
