Very poor interactions with most of my…
Very poor interactions with most of my reps from the company. I sold my businesses December 1, 2023, however only one of the businesses have been turned off through toast and I am still getting charged for the second, which never even went live because of issue after issue that never got resolved. Both new owners are very displeased with toast as well and I feel bad that I pointed them in a bad direction.

Hard to be perfect
POS systems were always behind in technology compared to the corporate world. Toast found the niche in a tough market and made the investment building great software and hardware for our restaurant. The only small limited downsides that we are effected by is they lock you in to their own merchant services. The credit card industry is not fair to small business but that was their early marketing strategy. I will give them 5 stars when they integrate a weather application. That's the most ...

Great functionality, unsustainably pricey for single location businesses
Toast enables my small, single-location restaurant to have the same services as the big guys, but they are eating up all my bread with fees and module costs slimming already razor-thin margins.

Communication is terrible
I have asked that the Integrations be removed from my account, it took me calling back 2 months later and still got billed again. I think you have the worst communication system ever. From first contact to getting the problems or issues to the correct persons who can fix the issue.

What do you like best about toasttab.com? Toast is an very easy to use and modern platform. The staff pick it up very quickly. It generally makes operations pretty smooth. It integrates with other systems very well so greet data access.
