The service is fitted to our needs and fairly intuitive once you start using it, but we have found it hard to get answers to issues when we contact customer service. As a brand-new restaurant, we need specific help fairly immediately when we run into issues. "Toast is the best POS system I’ve used"
What do you like best about toasttab.com? It is easy to use, program, and trouble shoot. I can add, and change settings and update menus from my phone. It is easy to train new staff on Toast, and it is convenient to monitor realtime sales from anywhere.
