We have used Toast for a little under a year and have been thoroughly pleased with the change.
PROS: I would say that it is super easy to use on both the customer side and the employee side. Also it is super quick and easy to go back to a past order, so finding a specific receipt from a customer has gotten so much easier. Another great feature is how the daily sales are shown at the end of the day.

Overall a great POS, I'm very happy that I made the switch
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Toast is overall a great product with many features and they are constantly updating their program to make it better every week. The offline mode is great when internet connection is lost and its user friendly interface is great. Master Menu Management saves me a ton of time and their Inventory Manager is fantastic and is even integrated with my GFS accounts which makes me life a lot easier.
