"Streamlining Sales Reports"

What do you like best? Toast has offered a streamlined POS to computer system, it allows ease of access between multiple restaurants with automatic reporting to email every morning. The accounting and deposit actions also save hours down the line while reconciling and producing COGS reports.

Easy to use and the sky is the limit!

PROS: You can pretty much do whatever you want with it. The backend and reporting are amazing! There is a ton of flexibility with the system. I also like that you can make changes on the backend and choose when to publish them. The morning email report is also very helpful to get a quick glance at what took place the prior day.

Great start, but not ready for full service restaurants just yet

PROS: Easy to change things 'on the fly'. Easy to implement, and great pricing on hardware/labor for sofware installation. Their customer support is very attentive and can be inventive with 'work arounds. We are also happy that all handheld tablets are equipped with emv chip readers. Financing through their partner Acentium Capital was also very easy--though they did not warn us ahead of time that you need a 'proof of insurance' and almost added on additional costs without warning.

What an amazing POS system

PROS: The ease of use and setup are really strong. The system is a strong competitor for the larger POS like Micros and Aloha. The back end reporting is also strong, although can be improved. They are working on that! It has allowed us to really gain insight into all of our stores. We have 6 locations, and having an enterprise level system really helps

Toast has been exactly what we were looking for when we switched over from Micros.

PROS: Ease of use. Training has been very smooth for employees. Implementation was facilitated by Toast and our switch from Micros to Toast went without a hiccup. Speed of service has improved due to the ease of functionality for our FOH staff. Back office is very simple to understand and use for management.

Great POS

PROS: This Product features easy to use Hand-Held Tablet devices for most Point of Sale transactions. Our customers find the electronic receipts easy to use and economical. Our servers have more time at heir tables to interact and answer questions which should see a direct increase in gratuities. Couldn't be happier!

I would recommend this POS to anyone who owns a restaurant

PROS: online ordering. easy to use. easy to train employees. easy to read reports of sales and end of days summaries. attentive company. the technician who set up my software still picks up the phone and is quick to help me with any questions I may have. great incentives for existing customers to help company rewards systems, physical gift card compatibility without having to use another company. it's all in one. it's the best.

Toast POS: Top of the Line, Ever-Better

PROS: It's tough to blame price for being a big reason to switch, but it's definitely a factor at the top of the pack. Right up there with affordability, the mobile support is amazing! Being able to check in-depth store analytics from my iPhone or Android or Tablet or PC helps keep everything in line. Best of all, the data available is very comprehensible and easy to customize.
