What do you like best? The best feature thus far has been the technical support. Although the software is easy to use, the technical support team has been fantastic in helping me set up invoices. Simply the Best

What do you like best? It's intuitive. I can do more than 95 percent of tasks just by doing the most intuitive action. And, in the rare occasions I can't figure something out, the Support is very helpful, and fast. Its platform neutral. It can be accessed and used on Windows, Macs, IOS, and Android, flawlessly. I've worked on Timesolv for just over a year and really enjoy working with it. The software itself is very intuitive and user-friendly, and the support staff is the best. Our Account Manager (Ron Reinart) is tremendously responsive. As a new user to Timesolv, I've spoken with one of their customer service reps (Gigi) many times and she is the best! Although I'm still adjusting to the platform, the program has proven to be easy to use once you become accustomed to the changes required from older timekeeping systems. The TimeSolv team is extremely helpful, especially for those of us that are slightly less computer savvy - with no attitude. They will walk me through issues step by step so I can grasp everything and save having to make another call.
