Like timesolv. Easy to use, efficient and comprehensive.

What do you like best? Ease with which the time is kept and invoicing is done. What do you dislike? Nothing I can think of. I cannot think of anything I dislike about the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Timekeeping and billing.

What do you like best? What I love best about time solve is the abbreviations makes it so easy when you are billing a bunch of thing that are the same. What do you dislike? What I think they should improve on is the time sometimes its super sensitive and it does not like to work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having to email my boss everything put in her system its lets me just put it in directly.

Easy to use

What do you like best? Very simple format to use. Easy to cut and paste for similar billings. Compared to our other method, this one helps you track all billable events. It is surprising to see what billings were missed in the past before we had this product. What do you dislike? Haven't really found anything yet since we have only been using it since October 2017. What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use the website and the app. It is very simple to be able to look up past communications with clients or past billings from other employees. I work for a small business and tracking our billing has always been frustrating, time consuming and expensive. Timesolv is the best platform for my small business

What do you like best? The layout of the platform and scroll down menus are extremely user friendly, as is the ability to generate hard copy and pdf professionally finished statements. Best Software Support I have ever found!

What do you like best? This is a comprehensive program, which is amazing for the small cost. So there is a little bit of a learning curve for someone (like me!) who is slow to learn new computer programs. But the one-on-one support - actual telephone conversations with them looking at your screen and talking you through everything, answering your questions in real time, etc. - is the best!
