What do you like best about Timely? It’s very easy to use and there is a lot of features to make it very efficient. What do you dislike about Timely?

PROS: This is probably one of the best task trackers out there. It gives us valuable insight into our projects—our progress, the people involved, and the productivity rate of each member. All of this is visible in the dashboard so everyone knows the update on every task.

What do you like best about Timely? Timely is cross-platform and thus it enables me to hop from one machine to another and still capture my activities. It's non obtrusive and sometimes I even forget I have it installed until I get a notification to update my timesheet. I love that it learns as you use it to avoid repeating same information in the future. "Game Changer"

What do you like best about Timely? How easy it is to use and how organize it is. What do you dislike about Timely?

"Capture time you didn’t know you were losing!"

What do you like best about Timely? Timely has a Memory add-on for iPad which follows where I’ve been and what I’ve been working on and suggests to me what I should be charging for. This feature means that I can sit down at the end of the day and make easy time entries for time I would have otherwise forgotten about - all without trying to keep notes during the day.

PROS: If we can't attend to a user's needs right away, we can easily queue them in by scheduling a return call for them. This seems to soothe even the most irate customers. Plus, the system finds a slot that works best for the customer and the agent too.

What do you like best about Timely? I really like the Timely app and how user friendly it is. I can use the app on a timer setting or add the time in later. I really like the Timely tracking function on my computer. That I can assign tasks to their respective projects.

What do you like best about Timely? When you have multiple clients and your pricing is based on time, this product is utterly brilliant. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks but I cannot imagine being without it. I love knowing that I've been productive than I thought!
