What do you like best? It is a very useful tool to capture leads and route them to specific agents. Filters are great for segmenting contacts. It is the master letter of our sales team. Does a decent job trying to be all things to all people

What do you like best? It's VERY inexpensive and user-friendly. It integrates perfectly with G-Suite and the calendars sync well. Recently, they have allowed the ability to "assign" events, which allows it to sync with multiple Google Calendars -- that was critical to us. What do you dislike? Can't make all fields required -- required/not required is not an option. What do you like best? Easy login. Easy interface. The tagging system is extremely helpful as well. What do you dislike? You can't export linked profiles. So organizations and contacts are treated differently and when trying to create a segmented list it's impossible unless you utilize the API to extracted linked profiles.
