I'm satisfied with Insightly functionality
What do you like best? Insightly is easy to use, with a comfortable and fluid visual interface. Categorizes and organizes contact information intuitively, which facilitates segmentation. Not great, but ok for the price
What do you like best? Insightly is affordable for my company, a small team of 10. What do you dislike? The UX is cluttered, I've struggled to find the logical flow, and generally could not get into using it. Previously used Salesforce at several jobs, and just really struggled to find Insightly as user friendly. Ill-Fitting Solution for our Task Management Issues
What do you like best? I believe Insightly does do everything we need it to. It seems to be a very robust CRM/Task Management platform. What do you dislike? It is not intuitive or user-friendly. What do you like best? I am a user of Insightly for various projects. I use only the free version which provides me what I need. What do you dislike? There is nothing negative about this product because it meets my needs. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to store the business cards of all the people that I come in contact with.

Good CRM for small businesses
What do you like best? I like the ability to create connections or relationships between any entities in the system. Quickbooks Online integration is also excellent. What do you dislike? Emails have to be manually copied into Insightly. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A good way to manage clients and contacts and the relationships between them.

Decent CRM but support needs to improve
What do you like best? If subscriber to Professional Plan, there are lots of customization options. Especially find workflow automation feature useful. The reports are also very customizable, which is helpful for different types of users of the data within the CRM. What do you dislike? The value of the customer success plan is questionable; they are difficult to schedule with and are not customer-centric in their communications. Instantly a good CRM for small business
What do you like best? I absolutely love the to-do list. It makes it so much easier to assign tasks to my fellow employees. I really like the clean, efficient look to this program. It makes it very easy to use and is not as cluttered as other similar programs. Instantly has a very simple and non-intimidating interface What do you dislike? Great CRM with very functional free version to try
What do you like best? I like that there is a free version to try before you buy. It also integrates well with Gsuite. Most importantly for our organization it has pipelines and activity sets to track workflow and auto create tasks for each step What do you dislike? What do you like best? What I like best about the Insightly CRM is honestly the pricing. It allows you to open up an account for free with limited storage of course but still is very affordable if you upgrade to the Plus Plan. You can also upgrade to Professional and Enterprise. What do you like best? This software allows us to manage sales, contacts, projects, opportunities and client fulfillment in a very clean, efficient and user-friendly way.
