What do you like best about Threads Culture? Threads continues to get features upgrades that are helpful. It's easy to leave comments about our own work, for our supervisors, or comments for other employees. It's been helpful in using it for ranking people we are considering hiring as well. What do you like best about Threads Culture? Easy duplication of position descriptions; feedback function and recent enhancements are great What do you dislike about Threads Culture? Hiring component only includes interview tracking rather than a more comprehensive ATS What problems is Threads Culture solving and how is that benefiting you? Showing employees and candidates that culture fit is as important as results. The definitions for the rating scale seem to help managers making evaluations.

What do you like best about Threads Culture? feedback component is very helpful and the "visible" to recipient function is well received.
