What do you like best about Threads Culture? Threads is super easy to use anywhere from an employee level, manager lever, and admin level. The performance reviews are easy to do. All manager are able to have them all in one place organized by their completion status. What do you like best about Threads Culture? I think it is important for employees to be able to provide feedback on each other. It becomes helpful to the manager when it is time for their review.
