"Impressive Tool for Performance Reviews"

What do you like best about Threads Culture? Threads is super easy to use anywhere from an employee level, manager lever, and admin level. The performance reviews are easy to do. All manager are able to have them all in one place organized by their completion status. What do you like best about Threads Culture? Threads is great for increasing our employee engagement. The feedback feature allows all employees to leave feedback whenever necessary. The ability to turn visibility on and off has increased upper managements ability to understand what is occurring throughout the entire organization. What do you like best about Threads Culture? I think it is important for employees to be able to provide feedback on each other. It becomes helpful to the manager when it is time for their review. What do you like best about Threads Culture? Easy to gather employee feedback. Threads helps make employees conscious of their interactions with coworkers. What do you dislike about Threads Culture? I wish it would have a more encompassing HR feature (to include benefit information, payroll data and PTO tracking) What problems is Threads Culture solving and how is that benefiting you? Culture improvement. It's been a great tool to tie culture in with individual performance reviews.

"Paperless and Effective"

What do you like best about Threads Culture? I like the automatic reminders when reviews are due and the fact that you can leave feedback on co-workers that don't report directly to you. It's a good way to record positive feedback on co-worker performance throughout the year. Love the responsiveness of customer service. What do you dislike about Threads Culture? "Threads helps us keep performance top-of-mind all year, not just once per year at review time."

What do you like best about Threads Culture? I love that Threads is ongoing, not just an annual process. The ability to leave feedback anytime throughout the year for peers and for managers is very helpful to our organization.
