What do you like best about Threads Culture? Threads is super easy to use anywhere from an employee level, manager lever, and admin level. The performance reviews are easy to do. All manager are able to have them all in one place organized by their completion status. The ability to turn visibility on and off has increased upper managements ability to understand what is occurring throughout the entire organization. What do you like best about Threads Culture? I think it is important for employees to be able to provide feedback on each other. It becomes helpful to the manager when it is time for their review. But it also helps provide real-time feedback and allows for problems to be fixed sooner than later, if used appropriately. What do you dislike about Threads Culture? I wish it would have a more encompassing HR feature (to include benefit information, payroll data and PTO tracking) What problems is Threads Culture solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Threads Culture? I love that Threads is ongoing, not just an annual process. The ability to leave feedback anytime throughout the year for peers and for managers is very helpful to our organization.
