Thought Industries pros and cons
Promotes learner engagement and knowledge sharing through integrated social learning features.
More affordable than many competitors, making it attractive for organizations with budget constraints
Designed to be easy to use, making it accessible for both administrators and learners with minimal onboarding.
Offers a full range of tools including scenario-based simulations, instructor-led training, and blended learning for diverse training needs.
As a newer LMS, it may lack the proven reliability and long-term support of more established platforms.
While nationally available, being based in Minneapolis might affect support response times in international rollouts.

"A robust customer education platform"
What do you like best about Thought Industries? We recently purchased TI to build our customer-facing academy and use a panorama for internal training. We love the fact that we could create a customized landing page for the academy so clients and prospects can browse our catalog without necessarily creating an account. TI also has great reporting functionality created with Google looker, the premade reports and dashboards are very helpful for getting an overview of activity on the site.
