PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Ease of use and customer service. I have had excellent service whenever I have needed help. What aspects are problematic or could work better? No treatment plan drop down menus, all aspects must manually entered each time What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product? One of the best business decisions I've made

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I was using a more expensive EHR that did not have online scheduling and paying for a separate online scheduling solution as well. TherapyNotes has saved me hundreds of dollars. The interface is much easier to navigate than our old system, and unlike our previous solution we aren't locked into a multi-year contract. Reports really help me look at revenue and spot problems quickly, and I can print a statement for a client right in ...

What aspects are problematic or could work better? I honestly haven’t ran into a problem that wasn’t immediately sorted by the developers!
