With TherapyNotes housing all of our comments, treatments, and patient-data, we no longer have to maintain piles and piles of paper files. We’ve significantly reduced the mess in our clinic too! PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Accessing patient files and schedule is quick and easy. TherapyNotes really makes it a point to make the lives of its users a lot less complicated. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I operate my sessions mainly on TherapyNotes so I get a little rattled whenever the system does not load properly--a thing that has been happening quite often now. It also takes up too much of my time to manually input all of my patients’ ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Therapy Notes gives little room for error when it comes to treating patients. It allows me to easily access the treatment history of my patients so I know the next logical step in helping them get better. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We manage a considerable number of clinicians in our business and TherapyNotes has made it a lot easier for us to manage their schedules. We can easily see whose calendar is jam-packed and whose isn’t, making it easy for us to evenly distribute appointments. We can pull up their upcoming schedules on real-time, allowing us to book clients without much conflict. Consequently, payouts are easier too because we can quickly see how many ...
