What do you like best about The Receptionist? The solution is fairly intuitive and the configuration is simple. They have added additional integrations since implementation as well which extends the functionality further.

Setting up a vertical slice to show my boss took about 15 minutes, and it took our marketing guy about as much time to match the software's aesthetic to our location. Everything that we wanted to customize was customizable, and the interface was extremely intuitive. I was able to get everything set up the way I wanted it without getting into documentation (but the documentation and support staff is there if you need it).
