"I've been using this service for 3 years."

What do you like best about Textmagic? I love that I can use my landline number and get the texts messages on my PC, get email notifications of the texts, and even use the TextMagic app so I can receive work texts on my personal phone that uses a different phone number. I've been quickly assisted by a knowledagle person when I've called cutstomer support. Price, integrations, implementaion have all been great and easy! I use it every day. "I spent a lot of money and sent a lot of text messages that didn't get delivered."

What do you like best about Textmagic? I was hoping for a smooth experience like id had before. What do you dislike about Textmagic? It wasn't until AFTER I spent the money and sent the messages (that were never delivered) that I learned about the FCC rules for mass texting. No apologies, No refund. No assistance to help make the message compliant. It was a time-sensitive issue and I got zero use out of the money and time I spent. What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that ...

What do you like best about Textmagic? Large number of Technical functions and design make the service amazing. What do you dislike about Textmagic? Nothing really but perhaps a few features could be tweaked but support is good and they look at isssues. What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you? It manages the end to end text flow and allows integration with other business processes.

What do you like best about Textmagic? Ease of use, transparent and reliable to use. What do you dislike about Textmagic? New Australian regulations on text messaging made it less price competitive to Australian text automation services. What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you? Reminding our audience on upcoming events and solving lack of attendance.
