What do you like best about Textline? I can assign conversations or claim conversations and with the whisper feature, our team can talk to each other about a text thread with a customer and it travels with the thread - super helpful!

Interface is fairly intuitive

Interface is fairly intuitive, but it's missing some basic functions which require an account upgrade. Also, it would be very useful if Contacts could be re-imported with a unique tag without wiping out that Contact's existing tags.
