What do you like best about Text Request? When I call my customer and they don't answer... I hang up and send a text instead of leaving a message. I know my message is seen, rather than hoping they listen to a voicemail.

What do you like best about Text Request? Text Request allows you to receive texts and share the information with the team. It works great for using it as a backup two-factor text number where multiple people need to have access to the codes without giving access to a personal phone. The e-mail notifications are fantastic for adding all text messages to another program by forwarding the e-mails into a ticket system for example.
