I absolutely love text request but the only negative thing I can say is if you don't use all of the text you pay for monthly they do not roll over for the next month, but the minute you go over you are charged a LOT.

My office likes EVERYTHING about Text Request. The platform, ease, simplicity, the updates, the ever evolving changes, the customer service. This is a great company and having a texting platform has been an EPIC game changer for our operations. The service itself is 5 stars. I had to deduct a star because the pricing is just too high.
