Perfect. No improvements needed

We find the Text Request program and app the best way for us to quickly communicate with our customers. Customer texts come to both our office computer and the duty cell phone. So customer texts can be responded to quickly even after hours if needed. I cannot think of any way Text Request could be improved.

I have had two accounts created for me
