This is a great company and having a texting platform has been an EPIC game changer for our operations. The service itself is 5 stars. I had to deduct a star because the pricing is just too high. I absolutely love text request but the only negative thing I can say is if you don't use all of the text you pay for monthly they do not roll over for the next month, but the minute you go over you are charged a LOT.

What do you like best about Text Request? When I call my customer and they don't answer... I hang up and send a text instead of leaving a message. I know my message is seen, rather than hoping they listen to a voicemail.

It works great for using it as a backup two-factor text number where multiple people need to have access to the codes without giving access to a personal phone.
