"I've reviewed a handful of HubSpot eliglble SMS solutions, and Text Request is my winner!"
What do you like best about Text Request? The Chat to Text feature is perfect for us. I don't know how I'd never seen this before, but it's brilliant! We don't offer support that requires access to our website, so the ability for customers to start a chat on our page and continue it by SMS text is super convenient.
