I liked the Welcome Video & Qualifying Question Features

When I was creating the skill test for the Marketing Analyst- Job Position, I liked the Welcome video feature the most. The recruiter can create a friendly environment by recording the video that would be played whenever the new candidate opens the test link. Also, the qualifying question helped us to understand whether the candidate is suitable to qualify for the skill test and the job responsibilities.

Great talent assessment platform!

This is a great platform for assessing and identifying top talent. The well-designed skill tests, huge test library, and neat user interface made for a smooth assessment process. We were also able to easily integrate with our existing ATS which made tracking and filtering applicants super easy! I also liked their pricing plan which is straightforward, you pay per candidate or test attempt, apt for a small company like ours where we want qualitative hires on a need basis.
