What do you like best about TestGorilla? I use the free version for my SDR team. It's helped me filter out applicants that are applying for open roles just to apply. Because the assessments take time it's a natural filter for people to actually want the job.

Easy to use and implement, form a test/questionnaire based on the skill to be judged, vide variety of skill testing availability and easy to share the test with the candidate's email ID along with cheating monitoring facilities helps to evaluate a candidate. Excellent dashboard representation, results (candidate performance on different skills), and average scores for other candidates to compare the performance.
