"Very pleases with Milestone Award services"
What do you like best about Terryberry? It's a very hands off process. Our service rep, Erin, handles everything. She is very responsive via email and has helped walk us throug the whole process.

What do you like best about Terryberry? The customer service at Terryberry is top notch. I know that I can receive feedback at least within 24 hours, but typically it's even within the hour. In addition we've had some issues that came up with employees (DVD player broken or they lost their packet) and Dan and Ann were great to work with in getting either the product replaced or getting me the necessary information for that staff member to order their gift.
