What do you like best about Terryberry? We are a smaller organization and do not have a lot of awards that we offer, yet Terryberry still provides excellent customer service.

What do you like best about Terryberry? The process for requesting awards is very easy. We just send an email when an employee needs to be recognized and their milestone year. We pre-set the gift selections per milestone during the setup, so once the milestone notice is identified, it is easy to request. Terryberry sets it up and sends the communication the recipient. Once the recipient selects their gift, they are mailed based on how you set up your distribution. We have all sent to our ...

What do you like best about Terryberry? The program is easy to use. Our representative Crystal always communicated with us when needed and all we have to do is send her a file and she gets it all set up for us.

"Turnkey easy and great customer service"
What do you like best about Terryberry? The program we selected was so easy to administer. The support team is very responsive and helpful. We have found letting our employees select a recognition item they want is a huge benefit from our old system where everyone received the same thing or the HR person was guessing what they would like.

We send him a quarterly spreadsheet with names, emails and milestone anniversaries, and he takes care of everything else. Our employees really like that there are so many choices for them to choose their award from. The catalogs are beautifully done and showcase the products very nicely.

What do you like best about Terryberry? It's a very hands off process. Our service rep, Erin, handles everything. She is very responsive via email and has helped walk us throug the whole process.
