I typically don't like chat windows…
I typically don't like chat windows because they are almost always automated and tell me the company does not have adequate customer support. Telnxy customer service chat is an exception. Not only were they responsive, but they were also able to quickly and efficiently help resolve sensitive verification requirements. That's an A+ in my books. I'll be using their services for a long time.

Strong Service!
First and foremost, the service works! Calls are crystal clear, the developer experience is great because their documentation is very thorough, and the pricing is fantastic! Furthermore, their slack team is very responsive and help you work out any issues you may have. Highly recommend them!
