I love their customer care support they where very speedy with my complaints and they helped me resolved it very fast, not only that they have the cheapest I've seen when it comes to messagingat $0.004 per SMS in the USA and acquiring a phone number is also very cheap it's not upto $1

I love Telnyx. If I have an issue they are right on it. I have never had down time with the service, it is very reliable. Highly recommend this company. Great prices too!

They went above and beyond to help a newbie.

I was debugging an issue where everyone was pointing at someone else - I'm talking 4 different component providers. The two support people I worked with at Telnyx really went above and beyond to help me (a newbie to some of this) dig through the data. I've worked in support before and have a lot of respect for the situation they are in - often having to prove their innocence. I'm sold on Telnyx!
