Welcome back to Team Viewer
Haven't used Team Viewer for a while but having to register took some time. There has been major communication difficulties across Australia today so that may explain the slow connection and the lag. I can provide a report when data problems have been resolved and i do my next TV session.

My parents are in their 70s and they…
My parents are in their 70s and they have quite a few problems they don't seem to be able to fix themselves. My mum thinks Google is an App and doesn't know why it has disappeared. So I need to go in and help her find and fix things. They live in France so I can't just nip around and help having TeamViewer is vital, it is just so easy to use and has helped stop some malicious people from hacking her computer. Thank you TeamViwer.
