Need to help family with laptop? If you have friends, neighbours, family - parents, great parents - that need your helping hand with online "stuff" but you live far away or can't drop by, Teamviewer is your choice! Everybody can start it and then you take over remotely, printing, fixing, booking, do what you have to. My experience is that you run WhatsApp in parallel:) All in all, a great solution that has helped gazillions of elderly, families! Thank you Teamviewer!
