I bought this product for a year…

I bought this product for a year thinking that I could use it to keep an eye on my children's computers but they scammed me and they said I hadn't purchased a year membership even though I did. Complained multiple times and kept getting a generic computer response. Awful service. Don't even know if anyone has managed to use this product at all...

Simple method to control remote computer

What do you like best? I like how there is a way to make the whole process of accessing the remote computer easier by just including their email , this makes it much faster and i would not need to always input the various numbers.
