The best if not the only Remote Support Tool that you would ever need

What do you like best? We use this in our org and it helps the IT Team connect to our machine to get issues resolved ASAP. All we need to do is to download the QuickSupport Tool. What do you dislike? There are no Cons. Once you use this application you will get hooked on to it What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
