Very good remote access software

What do you like best? As an IT worker one of TeamViewers greatest features is the "quick support". This allows the user to rapidly download and use a single session installation of TeamViewer. In many cases users are not especially skilled with computers and the ease of this installation greatly helps getting access to their machine to troubleshoot. Even with poor internet signal TeamViewer is able to connect with relative stability which is extremely helpful for when connected to a ...

Free Remote desktop software

What do you like best? I like that I can take complete control of far end users devices from my laptop or from Android phone. I also like that the far end user can see everything I am doing to their computer so they can follow along during the session. I also like that I can communicate via chat or Audio Video call. Multi-monitor supported. File sharing via drag and drop. What do you dislike? The price is what most people state as a dislike but they have a free license. If your users ...

Solves Coordination Issues when Working from Different Locations

What do you like best? I have two primary workstations at different locations. Teamviewer allows me to connect to my main workstation computer from remote locations to access software and applications that would not otherwise be available to me. I think the interface and ease of use is superior to that of other options I have tried, and at no cost. What do you dislike? It is not also entirely intuitive to set up and use, but once you get the hang of it, it works as advertised. ...

Remote access from any location

What do you like best? Teamviewer is a great service to connect to a host in a remote location and thereby support the client. The ease of transferring files from the local desktop to the remote is very useful in case of passing configuration or update files. It seems that it uses the ability of the link effectively for the clarity of the remote desktop. Security is guaranteed because the access key is regenerated with each new session and because it is connected by a well-known TCP port ...
