Spotsaas Editor’s POV

TeamViewer's free tier is genuinely useful for occasional personal remote access—screen sharing, file transfer, and unattended access all work without payment limits. The interface is straightforward: connect, authenticate, control. For business use, the paid plans ($49–$99/month depending on features) add session recording, multi-monitor support, and priority ...Read more

Best remote access service I've ever used.

What do you like best? For more than 15 years of working career we expected a software that would allow us to have access and remote assistance, without a doubt Teamviewer has been the best software I have used for these purposes. This software has countless benefits that have greatly facilitated my workday, among those benefits I can mention that thanks to remote isolation the technicians of my job can enter my office PC without going to my workplace and thus be able to solve any ...

TeamViewer-Quick, Easy, Efficient

What do you like best? This is the best remote control program I have found in the last several years. The fluid connection allows for quick and ease problem solving from long distances without annoying phone calls and attempted explanations. What do you dislike? The file sharing feature can be a bit annoying at time did you don’t know what you’re doing (first few times used. The file sharing option could use a better user interface to make it more inviting and easy to use. ...

You should really consider before bying TeamViewer

TeamViewer is a good remote desktop application. No doubt about that. However, the rest of the experience with them sucks. No warning that your subscription is about to expire and will be renewed unless you do something. Grammar was so bad in their reminder emails, that I thought it was scam so I ignored them until they talked about debt collection. And when you get debt collection mails from them, they send you an email with a link, where you can use your credit card. Guess nobody told ...

I bought a lifetime license.. but it is not lifetime.

I bought a lifetime license (version 5, and they now tell me it will no longer work. What was the point of paying a high-priced license fee, for lifetime, if it does not work? I will never give them another penny.

Excellent program for connection of remote desks

What do you like best? It is very easy to use, very intuitive software. Very useful to be able to connect to remote machines without having to use the Windows functions. I also like the key rotation, since by giving the key to a person this can be connected, and then by disconnecting the broken connection key to make it impossible for a previous user to connect with the same credentials, this gives greater security to remote desktop connections What do you dislike? One of the things I ...

Awesome helper application

What do you like best? What I really love about Teamviewer is that I can fully control someone else's PC without physically being there so that I could solve any software related issue they might have going pretty easily if I know the solution to that of course. So, I would definitely recommend Teamviewer for those people who are really looking to help their friends and families in need through their own computer and at their own comfort. What do you dislike? Sometimes, I get warned ...
