I downloaded the personal use version…

I downloaded the personal use version and used it occasionally, the system stated I was a commercial user and cut off the connection asking me to pay for the commercial version, some £30 per month, (US$40. No thank you - avoid.

Använt programmet under flera år dels i sin fria gratisversion men även med betald licens på olika arbetsplatser. Var från början ett riktigt bra program som först blev bättre och bättre men som på senare år istället blivit sämre och sämre. Nu har de även infört nån ny tvingande policy att de som använder den fria version måste köra senaste versionen. Terrible support for paying customers. Avoid!

As a paying customer ($588 per year I have just had the worst tech support I've ever experienced. It related to what for me is a serious security issue. TeamViewer's support would not fix it and then they stopped responding to my emails when I pushed them harder for a fix. I tried them on Twitter too and they too stopped responding to me on there.I have cancelled my subscription and am moving to an alternative solution.

After convincing me to buy a 'life…

After convincing me to buy a 'life time' package - turns out the package I bought for a lifetime does not work with anyone (including my customers - who got it at MY suggestion who use a current version or have updated (as that is automatic - so the company that ripped me off wants me to pay more for a monthly fee now... THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS - WISH WE HAD NEGATIVE STARS!

La versione gratuita non esiste, è una truffa!Tutto bene finchè non appare la finestra di "sospetto uso commerciale" che, inizialmente, non impedisce la connessione. Ad un certo punto invece ti blocca la connessione ti fa 15 secondi di connessione ogni 10 minuti, anche se loro scrivono che hai 5 minuti di connessione e non è vero.
